We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our fast-paced performance marketing team. You will be responsible for editing compelling direct-response video ads, long-form video sales letters (VSLs), UGC-style content, and other media tailored for social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok.
This role is ideal for a motivated entry-level candidate seeking to grow their post-production skills in a results-driven, creative, and collaborative environment.
Ingest, organize, and analyze raw footage from shoots and external creators
Manage digital asset libraries and maintain clean, efficient project file structures
Edit ads and ad variations for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and long-form VSLs
Design and animate motion graphics, kinetic typography, UI demos, and other visual elements
Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup, and prepare final exports
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Media Buying team to iterate ads based on performance data
Contribute to creative testing by refining and evolving ad concepts
Occasionally support copywriting or headline variations for ad hooks and scroll-stopping content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition
Strong motion design skills and the ability to manage end-to-end editing workflows
Knowledge of platform-specific best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Excellent organization and file management habits
Ability to perform basic color grading and audio sweetening
Attention to detail in timing, pacing, and visual precision
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools
A results-oriented mindset with a strong interest in performance feedback and iteration
Not required but preferred knowledge: Experience with direct-response advertising
Not required but preferred knowledge: Copywriting instincts or storytelling sensibilities

Compensation Range:
$60,000-$70,000
