Job summary

AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a remote Video Data Annotation Specialist contractor to review evaluation prompts and responses against a quality rubric and provide structured feedback for retraining.

You will evaluate model outputs, compare paired responses, tag issues, and calibrate reviewer scores weekly while documenting recurring failure modes for the modeling team.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on video data annotation evaluation or adjacent content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
