Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE is seeking a Video and Content Coordinator to create in-arena and digital content for the Game & Event Presentation team. You will serve as the primary contact for AHL TV items, overseeing broadcast setup, scoreboard feeds, and delivery of final content in coordination with camera operators.

You will edit features and promotional spots, develop motion graphics for social and web, and support marketing, ticket sales, and community relations with engaging video assets for Ontario

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 2–4 years related work experience in video/content roles.
• Proven experience with video editing and Mac-based post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Edit video features and promotional spots; collaborate with Marketing/Broadcasting for graphics.
• Create original motion graphics for social, web, and online platforms to drive engagement.
• Assist with media management; obtain content from camera operations and organize highlights.
• Prepare footage for video projects used for social and league purposes.
• Develop and distribute in-game content (intermission videos, graphics) for Ontario Reign home games.
• Produce AHLTV programming to ensure live feed runs smoothly.
• Troubleshoot issues with the league; prep broadcast elements for camera operators.
• Gather and distribute game highlights and ENG footage as required by the league.
• Assist in Media Day production and promotional shoots; set up green screens, lighting; support players.
