Job summary

Ontario Reign is seeking a Sr. Content & Communications Coordinator to support daily digital content and communications. You'll craft written, audio, and video pieces elevating the club's brand, engage fans, and support revenue initiatives.

You'll produce feature stories, game previews, and recaps; manage website/app content; host the Reign podcast; collaborate across departments; and help deliver a best-in-class fan experience across all platforms.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years minimum experience in communications coordinating at a small venue/company.
• Prior press, media, and content creation experience.
• Knowledge and interest in sports or hockey preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, capturing, editing, and publishing engaging hockey content across the club's digital platforms.
• Support website and mobile app functionality; coordinate with vendors and track trends.
• Coordinate media relations, including interview scheduling and inquiries.
• Serve as liaison between Hockey Operations and business teams for timely updates.
• Host and produce the Reign podcast; create social clips with Video Coordinator.
