They are seeking a Multimedia Content Producer & Manager to create engaging multimedia content across digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.

If you have experience in multimedia content creation, video production, and digital media strategies, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Video Production

• YouTube & Long-Form Video Production: Collaborate with copywriters to script and oversee the production of educational and inspiring immigration content.
• Short-Form Video Execution: Produce engaging clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Storytelling: Turn legal topics into compelling narratives to make immigration law accessible and impactful.
• AI Content Optimization: Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and engagement.
• Trend Spotting & Platform Expertise: Stay updated on social media trends.
• Content Repurposing: Convert long-form content into viral clips and social media posts.
• Concept Development & Scripting: Work with marketing to develop video ideas.
• Pre-Production: Manage storyboarding, shot lists, and scheduling.
• Full Film Days: Coordinate bi-monthly content batching with the CEO and team.

Production Management & Execution

• Oversee filming and direct production, ensuring quality standards.
• Edit videos using industry software and AI tools.
• Add motion graphics and subtitles to enhance content.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Track engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly.
• Optimize videos for YouTube SEO, including keywords and thumbnails.
• Regularly review and refine content strategies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken and written)
• 5+ years in video production, digital storytelling, and multimedia content creation
• Proven ability to create engaging social media content
• Skilled in video editing and AI multimedia tools (e.g., Runway ML, Descript, Synthesia, ChatGPT-4 Vision)
• Exceptional storytelling skills with a strong portfolio
• Understanding of SEO and video ranking strategies

Preferred
