Job summary

OLIVER is seeking a Content Creator in a hybrid role based in Seattle. You will own the full production cycle—concept to delivery—creating engaging video content for social and internal channels and presenting on camera when required.

Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align stories with brand messaging. You will also craft scripts and captions, manage multiple projects, and stay ahead of trends to maintain high editorial standards across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create professional video content end-to-end—planning, filming, editing and delivering.
• Strong on-camera presence and confident presentation and communication.
• Experience with senior stakeholders, executives or leadership teams.
• Solid copywriting skills, adaptable across formats and audiences.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent).
• Experience creating content across social media and internal comms channels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach to cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: motion graphics, animation, or audio production.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for social, digital, internal comms and leadership programs.
• Appear on camera when required, presenting content with confidence and professionalism.
• Write clear scripts, captions, and short-form editorial to support videos.
• Work with clients and senior executives to translate goals into compelling content.
