Join the Disney Central Team at Walt Disney World as an eCommerce Specialist - Video Chat. You will assist Guests with accessibility needs, set up accounts, answer questions about vacations, and enhance their digital experience through the website and My Disney Experience app.

Training is provided, and the role operates in a Tampa inbound contact center with weekend and holiday flexibility. Starting pay is $20.10/hour and you will learn through performance assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact center environments.
• Ability to learn and work with multiple systems and applications (Microsoft Office Tools, Guest Service Suite).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential information and resolving conflicts with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer accessibility-related questions and recommend services for Guests with disabilities.
• Communicate effectively via video/phone calls and manage multiple chat interactions and applications.
• Maintain composure in intensified interactions and escalate as needed to leadership.
