Responsibilities Do you want to polish your video production and editing skills? GEOSET (Global Educational Outreach for Science, Engineering and Technology) is an educational initiative founded by Nobel Laureate Sir Harold Kroto in 2006 to provide free video resources to educators and students. Today, FSU Libraries continues the GEOSET mission by providing media production services and training to the FSU community as part of its broader library resources. GEOSET is seeking an OPS assistant to support its studio space in Dirac Library and collaborate with university partners across campus. This position provides hands‑on experience with video production, editing, live‑streaming, digital media, and studio operations while supporting GEOSET programs and services.

GEOSET Studio offers a flexible work schedule based on scheduled events, recordings, and studio needs. Regular business hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional events or recordings scheduled outside of these hours.
The schedule is approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 15 hours per week based on availability.
