Your role at Hostinger

Video Animator in the creatives team. As part of Hostinger's video team, you'll be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the internal creative team to develop innovative video concepts and ideas for performance marketing campaigns.

- Creating visually compelling motion graphics from provided design assets using After Effects / Premiere Pro and other relevant software.

- Crafting storyboards and animatics to effectively communicate visual ideas.

- Work together with internal and external videographers to provide hands-on support from the animation and motion graphics side.

- Collaborate with a video editor to plan the necessary motion graphics, and ensure their seamless integration in the final compositing.

- Effectively manage time while working on multiple projects, balancing creativity with timely deliveries.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies (such as generative AI.)

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Design, Copy, Project management teams as well as Product teams and the PPC team.

Your day to day

• Actively participating in team and project-related meetings, bringing ideas and workflow suggestions.
• Working hands-on crafting captivating, interesting and effective animations mostly for video ads (as well as on-demand internal comms, event assets, etc.)
• Giving and receiving feedback in iterative creative processes to achieve the best performing advertising assets.
• Engaging in active ideation and seeking fast, more efficient ways to produce impactful ad concepts and hooks.
• Balancing creativity with efficiency to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Your skills and experience

• Proven work experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and other motion graphics software.
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, and composition.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• A creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and video production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Active interest in Generative AI.

Nice-to-have skills

• Ability to perform high-level post-production work (Editing, Sound Design, Color Grading).
• Some videography skills, including experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
• Experience working with performance-based video ads.

Compensation

• Gross salary from 2800-3400 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
