Heico Companies is seeking a Video & Animation Coordinator to support marketing through video production, animation, and visual storytelling. The role is based on-site in Warrenville, IL, with exposure to branding, employer branding, social media, and digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a degree in marketing or related fields and up to 2 years of experience, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship/freelance
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Bonsai, FreeCAD.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content formats.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit videos for marketing campaigns, internal communications, training programs, and events.
• Develop motion graphics and visual assets for websites, presentations, social media, and emails.
• Assist with on-location video content, including setup, lighting, and audio support.
• Edit raw footage into brand-aligned, polished content.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives.
