Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field required.
• One year of experience in case management, victim advocacy, community corrections, probation, social services, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an assigned caseload to ensure compliance with program, court, and referring agency requirements.
• Conduct client assessments, develop case plans, evaluate progress, and participate in staffing meetings.
• Assist clients in obtaining community resources for successful reintegration.
• Monitor accountability through calls, visits, testing, and documentation.
• Serve as liaison between victims, Case Managers, Probation Officers, courts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure victims receive timely notifications required by law and court order.
• Advocate for victims by providing information about resources and rights.
