Qualifications

• Communicating with clients to address concerns over the phone; gathering information, assessing needs, making referrals to resources, or providing direct advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Staffing the Victim Resource Center toll-free line and email inbox, responding to crime victims to assess needs.
• Enroll participants in Safe at Home, Wisconsin’s Address Confidentiality Program.
• Identify local resources and support services and make referrals to state or community agencies as needed.
• Provide general assistance and referrals to other state or community agencies as needed.
