Business owners need more than a loan and a menu of banking products. They need a partner who understands how their business operates and helps it work better. At Integrity Bank & Trust, we live here and we lend here. We put customers first, combining local knowledge and lasting relationships with direct access to decision-makers, responsive service and the flexibility to develop practical solutions.
We're looking for a Vice President & Treasury Management Officer who thinks like a business advisor, not a product salesperson. You'll help owners, CFOs and controllers improve how they collect payments, pay suppliers, manage liquidity, control risk and plan for growth. Working closely with commercial lenders and business bankers, you'll earn the opportunity to become a customer's primary operating bank. This is a customer-facing business development role with clear accountability for profitable deposit growth, treasury revenue and enduring relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Learn how each business gets paid, pays others, manages cash and reconciles activity. Identify friction in receivables, payables, liquidity, reporting and controls, then recommend solutions that make the business more efficient and effective.
- Partner closely with commercial lenders and business bankers on joint calls, relationship plans and shared customer opportunities. Earn their trust through expertise, responsiveness and reliable follow-through.
- Develop new commercial relationships independently and deepen existing ones, converting customer value into sustainable operating deposits, meaningful treasury adoption and profitable fee revenue.
- Lead consultative discovery through decision: engage business owners and finance teams, connect recommendations to operational needs, prepare clear proposals and RFP responses and negotiate pricing appropriate to the relationship.
- Bring expertise in commercial payments and cash flow, including ACH, wires, receivables, payables, fraud controls, digital banking, liquidity and accounting or payment integrations. Use products as tools to solve business problems, not ends in themselves.
- Guide opportunities through implementation with Business Banking, Operations and technology partners. Remain involved through activation, customer training and early use to ensure the solution delivers as promised.
- Maintain a credible, current opportunity pipeline with realistic deposit and revenue expectations, clear next steps, implementation status and prompt updates to referral partners and leadership.
- Use the speed and accessibility of local decision-making to resolve customer needs promptly, exercise sound judgment and elevate appropriately. Pair flexibility with strong risk management and dependable execution.
- Share practical payments and cash-flow expertise with commercial colleagues. Surface improvements to capabilities, pricing and processes based on real customer problems and changing business needs.
- Protect customers and the Bank by following policies for transaction risk, verification, fraud prevention, information security, limits and escalation. Demonstrate Integrity's SET values: Service, Excellence and Teamwork.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Customers can move money, manage cash and run their businesses more effectively. Integrity earns lasting primary operating relationships, sustainable core deposit growth and profitable treasury revenue. Commercial bankers trust the partnership, customers receive solutions that work and promises are kept.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field required.
- At least 10 years of banking or financial services experience, including significant commercial banking and treasury management experience.
- At least 5 years of direct treasury management, commercial deposit or payments business development experience with demonstrated production results. Previous Treasury Management Officer experience strongly preferred.
- Strong grasp of how businesses manage cash flow, receivables, payables, liquidity and payment risk, supported by practical expertise in commercial deposits and treasury solutions.
- Proven ability to advise owners, CFOs and controllers, translate complex needs into workable solutions and earn the trust of commercial banking colleagues.
- Strong ownership, judgment, presentation and relationship skills, with disciplined pipeline management and reliable follow-through.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation required, or willingness to obtain the credential within 24 months of hire. Candidates hired without the designation must earn it within that period.
