Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support to join the Work Place Technologies Team in Lake Mary, Florida. You will lead the desktop support function, model exceptional client service, and guide a large team to ensure reliable, secure end-user experiences.

Ideal candidates have extensive desktop support leadership, Windows 11 and Mac OS expertise, ServiceNow experience, and a customer-focused mindset, with willingness to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior desktop support leadership in a large environment is required.
• Hardware break/fix, software installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in securities/financial services is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11 and Mac OS management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, remote support, and customer service.
• Inventory management with occasional local travel.
