Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain to lead enterprise strategy for a multi-site distribution network in Saint Paul, MN. The role partners with Regional Directors and branch leadership to drive performance across transportation, routing, warehousing, and delivery operations.

Responsibilities include building long-range capability roadmaps, supporting new distribution center launches, and aligning cross-functional teams with growth objectives in a fast-paced Food & Beverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 18 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with multi-site distribution and delivery networks.
• Experience overseeing transportation, routing, and warehouse operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This leader will oversee enterprise supply chain strategy for a multi-site distribution network, with a focus on strengthening service levels, operational consistency, and scalability. The role will partner closely with Regional Directors and branch leadership to drive performance across transportation, routing, warehousing, and delivery operations. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for building long-range capability roadmaps, supporting new distribution center launches, and aligning cross-functional teams around growth objectives.

Location: Saint Paul, MN – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 — $250,000 annually
