Citigroup Inc. in Getzville, NY seeks a Project Management Lead, Vice President to manage large, multi-faceted initiatives. You will own project goals, guide teams across departments, and ensure delivery within budget while aligning with client needs and strategic priorities.

The role requires 6–10 years in PM, PMP preferred, and strong risk/change-management experience at the intersection of domain and technology. Hybrid work and senior leadership duties accompany a competitive package.

Formación

• 6-10 years of project management experience – preferably from a mortgage or financial services environment.
• PMP certification strongly preferred, Six Sigma a plus.
• Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time.
• Owns project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team.
• Organizes new challenges and drive business results.
• Uses best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to fit stakeholders’ needs and deliver within budget.
• Drives end results of the project as a representative of the business.
• Works closely with Customer, Sales Team, Engineering and Manufacturing to define scope and objectives.
• Prepares, maintains, and submits activity/progress reports and time management reports.
• Assesses project risk potentials and discovers potential problems before they occur.
• Defines, teaches, and enforces good project management practices; documents and controls tasks.
• Promotes partner involvement and communicates project status to stakeholders and clients.
