Job Overview

The Vice President of Strategic Accounts (VPSA) is a key leadership position responsible for driving Shaw Flooring Network (SFN) momentum and executing high-priority corporate strategies across all buying groups and SFN. This role involves business consulting, sales leadership, and training, with a focus on achieving sales growth and building strong field relationships. The position is based in the Northeastern states: NC, VA, WV, PA, NY, ME, CT, MA, NH, RI, VT, NJ, and DE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement strategies and high-priority objectives for all buying groups and SFN.
  • Develop tailored sales growth plans with GMs/DVPs to meet market goals.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for BGs and SFN within the market.
  • Drive sales initiatives independently and collaboratively with TMs/RVPs.
  • Create and execute plans with GMs/DVPs to reach sales targets.
  • Promote Velocity signups, SFN, NFA, and CCA sales to high-value prospects.
  • Activate exclusive, private label, and running line products.
  • Support Wells Fargo consumer financing growth with select accounts.
  • Prioritize top national and local monthly initiatives.
  • Build trusting relationships with sales teams and act as an extension of the team.
  • Provide training to RVPs on programs, solutions, and SFN exclusives.
  • Inform sales teams about SFN and BG programs, tools, and opportunities.
  • Manage incentives and align promotional funding.
  • Encourage participation in rewards and BG programs.
  • Track, report, and analyze KPIs and program performance.
  • Assess field execution effectiveness and provide feedback.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback on products and programs.
  • Identify opportunities and pain points for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor competitive programs to inform strategic decisions.
