Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Solutions Consulting for the Data & Analytics team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will act as the primary client contact for service delivery, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive continuous improvement across processes to enhance client satisfaction.

You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and ensure escalations are resolved promptly while translating technical issues into business terms for clients.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in service delivery or project management.
• Experience in technology or managed services environments.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business terms for clients.
• Proven track record in managing escalations and cross-functional leadership.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Solutions Consulting to join our BNY Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Act as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed project needs and operational requirements
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of services, including monitoring service levels, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 6-10 years experience
• Proven experience in service delivery management, client relationship management, customer success, or project management within a technology or managed services environment
• Understanding of Data & Analytics operational models, with the ability to translate technical issues into business terms for clients
• Demonstrated success in managing escalations and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve service excellence
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
