Position SummaryThe VP of Software Product Development will lead both the development of innovative Customer facing, commercial software and emerging technologies with a passion for delivering leading new products across our global business as well as the sustaining work needed to ensure no product is anything other than current, competitive and compelling. You will be responsible for development of the products and technologies essential to the engineering strategy to enable business unit strategies and growth objectives for STERIS. You will identify opportunities to leverage innovation and technology to deliver competitive advantage. In this role, you will also be charged with managing the technical debt due to acquired products and technologies as well as material changes in architecture and design.
*This is a fully remote position. Qualified candidates must currently reside in the Continental United States. Location preference is within the Eastern or Central time zones due to global team management.

Pay range for this opportunity is$157,250.00-$235,725.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
