They are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to join their team as the Vice President of Sales Operations. This individual will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Lead sales operations functions, including forecasting, analytics, territory planning, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Implement and manage sales tools, CRM systems, and automation technologies to streamline operations.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing sales metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Establish and maintain key performance metrics to monitor and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee the development of sales training programs and ensure continuous improvement in sales methodologies.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales operations team.
  • Oversee Inside Sales and Customer Service Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or related roles.
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior sales operations role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency.
