We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Sales - Consumer Products (Retail) to lead and grow the North American retail business. This is a great opportunity for an experienced textile sales leader who understands the retail landscape, has strong relationships across key customers and channels, and knows how to turn market insights into growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience in off-price, distributor partnerships, eCommerce, P&L management, and offshore manufacturing, along with a passion for building teams and developing long-term customer relationships. Bedding category experience is a plus. Hybrid position with a preference for candidates based in the NYC area. This role will lead 1-3 direct reports and work closely across product development, sourcing, operations, and global manufacturing partners to drive profitable growth and strengthen customer relationships.
