Our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, seeks an Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, Advertising & Promotion. This remote leadership role shapes regulatory strategy for labeling, advertising, and promotional review across marketed and pipeline products, partnering with senior leaders.

The role represents regulatory affairs in health authority interactions and strengthens operational performance across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline.
• 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.
• At least 6 years focused on labeling and advertising/promotional compliance.
• Proven experience managing high-performing regulatory teams.
• Expert understanding of FDA regulations and promotional enforcement actions.
• Exceptional writing, negotiation, and public-speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the labeling, advertising, and promotion regulatory team.
• Integrate labeling, advertising, and promotion activities to align with product communications.
• Ensure compliance of promotional communications with global regulatory requirements.
• Lead global labeling strategy and lifecycle management for marketed and pipeline products.

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, Advertising & Promotion to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote leadership role will shape regulatory strategy across labeling, advertising, and promotional review for both marketed and pipeline products. The position will guide compliant product communication in a highly regulated environment while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. This individual will also represent regulatory affairs in health authority interactions and help strengthen operational performance across the function.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $255,000 – $347,500 annually
