Job summary

DLC Management Corp. is seeking a VP of Property Management to oversee all property management activity across a regional portfolio and support KPI growth initiatives.

You will manage and develop staff, build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and investment partners, and approve contracts, scopes, budgets, and performance metrics. The role requires extensive experience in open-air retail centers, strong knowledge of building systems, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPM/CCIM preferred.
• 10+ years of property operations experience with open-air retail centers.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities maintenance.
• Ability to travel regularly.
• Established relationships with major regional and national vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Property Management staff across regions to optimize resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, investment partners, and senior leadership.
• Review contracts, scopes, budgets, and approvals for property management activities.
• Oversee annual operating and capital budgets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with SVP on policies, procedures, and portfolio improvements.
