Job summary

DLC Management Corp. is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a regional portfolio of properties. This role requires coordinating operations, maintenance, and capital projects to ensure DLC brand standards are met.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with tenants and lenders to support performance and growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience managing open-air retail centers.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify property operational and maintenance requirements and implement recurring services or projects to meet DLC brand standards.
• Assemble a team of local regional and national service vendors; ensure competitive bids and best-in-class service and pricing.
• Develop operating and capital expense budgets aligned with business plans and KPI initiatives.
• Manage property operations within approved budgets and management agreements.
• Oversee capital expenditure projects including bids, contracts, coordination, and financial oversight.
• Ensure compliance with all property management agreements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor vendor execution, tenant activity and maintenance needs.
• Support leasing efforts with site tours, cost estimates and landlord work projects.
