The investment professional will lead deal teams in sourcing, evaluating, performing due diligence, and monitoring real estate investment opportunities across primary funds and transactions (co‑investments, secondaries, and joint ventures). The individual will drive the transaction process, conduct in‑person and virtual manager meetings, and have full responsibility for transaction underwriting assumptions and financial models. The individual will have responsibility over monitoring existing investments for consistency with stated strategies, performance, trends and other qualitative and quantitative aspects. The individual will also assist in business development initiatives, develop client and manager relationships, oversee junior team members, and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
