Candidate Qualifications

• Senior R&D / technology leader from the analytical instrumentation industry
• Proven track record building teams, developing talent, and leading change
• Strategic and commercial mindset
• Collaborative leadership style; comfortable working across the full business
• Technical background preferred (PhD is a plus!)
