Job summary

DLC Management Corp. is seeking a VP of Property Management to oversee activity across a regional portfolio and support KPI growth initiatives.

You will lead Property Management staff, build key relationships, and approve budgets and contracts to ensure efficient operations. With 10+ years of experience in property operations for open-air retail centers, you will manage vendor relationships, enforce policies, and drive improvements while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPM/CCIM certification preferred.
• 10+ years of property operations experience with open‑air retail centers.
• Established relationships with regional and national vendors and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Property Management staff across experience levels.
• Establish strong relationships with tenants, vendors, partners, and leadership.
• Review and approve all service and construction contracts; oversee scope, schedule and budget.
• Review and approve annual operating and capital expense budgets.
• Monitor operational and financial KPIs for regional managers.
• Manage regional and national vendor relationships.
• Enforce policies and champion cross‑departmental initiatives.
• Work with SVP to develop policies and procedures.
• Lead due diligence for capital markets transactions with SVP and regional managers.
• Continuously evaluate portfolio and operations for efficiencies.
