The Vice President of Enterprise Products at SoundHound AI oversees all aspects of product vision, strategy, and execution for Amelia and AIOps products across multiple verticals. These include conversational AI and agentic AI solutions tailored for the healthcare, retail, telecommunications, banking/financial services/insurance (BFSI), energy/utilities, and hospitality sectors, as well as conversational AI automation offerings designed to streamline HR and IT processes. In this capacity, the role ensures product lines align with overall business objectives and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and partners.

In this role, you will:

1. Strategic Product Leadership
2. Guide the development of a unified product vision that leverages conversational and agentic AI capabilities to address market needs in target verticals
3. Set long-term roadmap priorities and ensure alignment with broader company goals, working closely with executive leadership to refine strategy
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
5. Partner with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to validate product concepts and bring new features to market
6. Direct product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization
7. Market and Customer Insight
8. Oversee market research initiatives to identify evolving customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning in healthcare, retail, telecommunications, BFSI, energy/utilities, hospitality, as well as HR and IT domains
9. Integrate insights from market data and customer feedback into continuous product improvements
10. Team Development and Management
11. Lead, mentor, and scale the product team, ensuring a high level of expertise and professional growth
12. Establish performance metrics and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
13. Revenue and Budget Accountability
14. Assume responsibility for financial performance of the product portfolio, setting revenue and budget targets in collaboration with finance and executive leadership
15. Monitor product performance, resource allocation, and return on investment, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes
16. Compliance and Risk Management
17. Ensure that product offerings adhere to regulatory requirements in all relevant industries, with particular attention to data privacy and security in healthcare, BFSI, and other sensitive verticals
18. Implement risk assessment and mitigation measures to safeguard product and business integrity
19. Stakeholder Engagement
20. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the product roadmap and its impact
21. Represent the product portfolio at industry events, conferences, and in thought leadership activities, advancing the organization’s brand and reputation

• You've demonstrated a track record in senior product leadership roles, with an emphasis on emerging technologies such as conversational AI and agentic AI
• You have proven experience driving product strategies across diverse verticals (healthcare, retail, telecommunications, BFSI, energy/utilities, and hospitality)
• You have a strong understanding of AI-driven automation, particularly in HR and IT contexts
• You're adept at managing and mentoring high-performing product management teams
• You possess exceptional communication, decision-making, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies

This position is available for remote work across most of the United States. SoundHound AI does not offer employment in certain states (list provided). Employees within a 60-mile radius of a SoundHound AI office are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled, company-wide "core days" per month.

The estimated salary for this position is $235,000 - $275,000 plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. Our recruiting team will provide a specific salary range based on location and experience.
