Nium, Global Leader in Payments
Nium, the global leader in real-time, cross-border payments, was founded on the mission to deliver the global payments infrastructure of tomorrow, today. With the onset of the global economy, its payments infrastructure is shaping how banks, fintechs, and businesses everywhere collect, convert, and disburse funds instantly across borders.
Its payout network supports 100 currencies and spans 220+ markets, 100 of which in real-time. Funds can be disbursed to accounts, wallets, and cards and collected locally in 35 markets. Nium's growing card issuance business is already available in 34 countries. Nium holds regulatory licenses and authorizations in more than 40 countries, enabling seamless onboarding, rapid integration, and compliance – independent of geography. The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore.
Nium is looking for a VP - Product to lead the strategy, commercial performance, and end-to-end evolution of our globalpayments product portfolio, with particular focus on payments infrastructure, card issuance, and stablecoins/digitalassets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this highly visible leader will translate company strategy into differentiated products thatcreate measurable value for customers and the business. You will operate as a mini-GM and true product owner for your portfolio - accountable not only for vision and delivery, but also for market fit, go-to-market readiness, adoption, revenue, margin, and long-term performance.
You will work at the intersection of product, technology, commercial strategy, financial infrastructure, and regulation, partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Network & Partnerships, Treasury, Compliance, Operations, and senior leadership across Nium.
This is not a purely strategic leadership role. The successful candidate will move comfortably between long-termproduct vision, customer and market research, commercial decisions, technical architecture, go-to-marketexecution, and detailed product trade‑offs.
Success means building a clear and differentiated strategy that connects Nium's global payments infrastructure with the next generation of money movement - and converting that strategy into products customers buy, adopt, and expand.
You will determine where Nium should invest, what we should build, what we should not build, how we will win in the market, and how quickly we can bring differentiated products to customers - with clear accountability for commercial and customer outcomes.
You will also build an organization capable of executing that strategy end to end, developing strong product leaders while creating a culture of customer obsession, market awareness, technical depth, measurable outcomes, and ownership.
