Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Program Manager in Card Product Delivery to lead cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end product initiatives in card services. Responsibilities

  • Develop and coach project managers, promoting growth, accountability, and transparency
  • Oversee card launches and refreshes with a focus on delivery and operational excellence
  • Partner with Card Servicing to drive effective change management and customer experience improvements
  • Deliver concise executive updates on status, risks, and mitigations
  • Translate priorities into actionable team goals
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and resources to mitigate risk

As a Program Manager in Card Product Delivery, you lead teams and foster a positive, high-performance culture. You'll guide end-to-end program management and delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder demands and exceed expectations. You'll oversee card launches and refreshes, partner with servicing teams to enhance customer experiences, and deliver executive-level insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire teams through all stages of the product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, execution, operational support, UAT readiness, and post-release analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, communicating critical updates and strategic priorities to both executive management and team members
  • Manage and develop project managers, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of growth, accountability, transparency, and innovation
  • Oversee card launches and refreshes, ensuring successful delivery and operational excellence
  • Partner with Card Servicing to drive effective change management and improve customer and specialist experience
  • Deliver concise executive-level updates on project status, risks, and mitigations, distilling complex information for senior leaders
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable goals for your teams
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and resources to mitigate risk and enhance stakeholder experiences
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee change management activities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • 5 years of project management experience, including assessing business impacts of changes
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex cross-functional projects, drive strategic execution, and optimize change
  • Demonstrated skill in defining and influencing new servicing models and strategic development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective at all business levels
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and manage complex initiatives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SharePoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional teams, delivering within timelines and adapting as needed
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, persistent and optimistic when facing obstacles
  • Demonstrated success in setting and driving organizational culture and leading change across teams
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Track record of strategic leadership in product delivery, including end-to-end lifecycle, portfolio management, and enterprise-level initiatives
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, influencing and aligning senior executives, product owners, and cross-functional partners
  • Experience in Card Operations and/or Card Product
