You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Technology to align pricing, demand and occupancy, translate analytics into actionable guidance for leaders, and build scalable tools and a high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pricing, revenue management, or analytics.
• Leadership experience in complex, multi-unit organizations.
• Proven success building a pricing/revenue management function.
• Expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, elasticity and revenue optimization.
• Strong financial acumen and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and revenue management, including pricing architecture, rate increases, discounts and promotions.
