Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive occupancy growth in McLean, VA. You will lead marketing and sales efforts across assigned communities, develop Quarterly Sales Plans, and manage the CRM pipeline to advance prospects toward move-ins.

You will identify referral sources, conduct community outreach, and train teams to treat sales as everyone's responsibility, ensuring smooth move-ins and compliant documentation.
