What You’ll Accomplish

Strategic People Leadership

• Build and own Eve’s People function across all areas: talent development, performance, total rewards, engagement, culture, and People operations
• Partner with the executive team to define organizational strategy, workforce planning, and long‑term hiring needs
• Establish scalable systems, processes, and policies that reinforce a high‑performance, high‑trust culture

Performance, Compensation & Growth

• Lead annual performance, compensation, and promotion cycles from strategy through execution
• Develop career frameworks, leveling guides, and manager enablement programs aligned with company goals
• Partner with leadership on compensation philosophy, equity strategy, and benchmarking tools (e.g., Pave)

Employee Experience & Culture

• Design and run engagement surveys, synthesize insights, and track progress over time
• Own employee relations, partnering closely with managers on coaching, development, and conflict resolution
• Serve as a champion for a culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and operational excellence

People Operations & Compliance

• Build and refine processes for onboarding, offboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
• Oversee HRIS administration, reporting, People systems, and documentation
• Maintain compliant policies in partnership with legal, with deep familiarity in California and multi‑state employment law
• Ensure People Operations is scalable, data‑driven, and highly effective

• Experienced with modern People tools such as Pave, TriNet, or related platforms
