This position will be based in our San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities
Partner Lifecycle Execution & Experience
  • Lead end‑to‑end operational ownership of installer onboarding, activation readiness, and market launch execution.
  • Establish scalable operating standards governing partner activation timelines, documentation quality, and execution of gating.
  • Own the Partner Operations function as the primary B2B support interface, including Partner Advisor teams, issue resolution workflows, and escalation management.
  • Ensure partners have clear, timely, and actionable support across onboarding, project execution, and ongoing operations.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives with strategic partners in coordination with Sales, Risk, and Finance.
Distributed Asset Execution & Performance Oversight
  • Own the operating framework for project design inputs, savings validation, and milestone progression — including documentation standards, gating discipline, exception tracking, and cross‑functional escalation — in partnership with Risk on policy and approval criteria.
  • Oversee performance results across the installed base, including operational management of performance guarantee programs.
  • Own operational execution, tracking, partner remediation, and governance inputs for performance guarantee programs; coordinate with Risk, Finance, Product, and Asset Management on policy and calibration decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal affiliates and installer partners to ensure resolution of field execution issues including workmanship, documentation gaps, asset underperformance, and deployment friction.
Ecosystem Commercial Operations
  • Lead commercial operating relationships with key ecosystem integration partners including design/proposal platforms, CRM systems, and data workflow providers.
  • Own commercial execution relationships with distribution partners, including coordination of direct pay integrations, safe harbor deployment execution, and supply‑chain driven operational initiatives.
  • Oversee operational engagement with grid services and virtual power plant partners, ensuring reliable deployment of readiness and performance tracking.
Incentive & Monetization Execution
  • Lead operational execution of incentive monetization programs including rebate realization, SREC processes, and utility coordination.
  • Build scalable infrastructure for incentive tracking, documentation readiness, and cross‑stakeholder coordination.
  • Drive continuous improvement in realization timelines and operational yield across incentive programs.
Affiliate Service Provider & Vendor Performance
  • Own operational oversight of inspection, validation, servicing support, and other affiliate service providers supporting project progression.
  • Establish performance standards, escalation frameworks, and transparency mechanisms across vendors.
Field Platform Reliability & Integration Execution
  • Lead operational ownership of installer‑facing platform configuration, deployment readiness, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with Product and Technology teams to prioritize reliability improvements impacting partner execution.
  • Ensure successful field rollout and operational adoption of integration capabilities across ecosystem partners
Operational Scalability & Leadership
  • Build and lead high‑performing teams across Partner Operations, Asset Execution, Ecosystem Operations, and Platform Administration.
  • Define execution of KPIs and operating rhythms that enable sustained growth in project volume and geographic expansion.
  • Develop leadership depth and organizational structure to support increasing partner and asset complexity.
Required Qualifications
  • Senior operational leader with 15+ years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree including a minimum of 12+ years of experience with background scaling complex B2B partner ecosystems in distributed or capital‑intensive industries.
  • Strong track record of improving execution quality across multi‑stakeholder delivery environments.
  • Commercially credible operator capable of managing strategic external relationships.
  • Hands‑on leader comfortable driving execution discipline in fast growth setting.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional operating teams across partner operations, implementation, support, vendor management, platform administration, and field execution.
  • Strong commercial judgment, but not primarily a sales role; able to manage senior partner relationships while maintaining execution discipline and operational standards.
  • Ability to ideate, develop and execute strategic plans, in close collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced customer‑centric environment where priorities may change quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, team development, people management and influencing skills at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to use operational data, partner performance metrics, and execution of KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present core concepts, vision and strategy in internal and external forums.
