Red Frog Solutions is seeking a VP of Operations for a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer in North Carolina. You will own manufacturing, supply chain, process engineering, and maintenance, driving momentum on the floor and shaping the next growth phase.

The role requires hands-on Lean and continuous improvement leadership, experience in AS9100 environments, and success in high-mix low-volume production with a track record of improving on-time delivery, quality and cost.

• High-mix, low-volume production of engineered components
• Led a full operation or multiple functions, such as production, supply chain and engineering, not production alone
• Proven results improving on-time delivery, quality and cost

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field

Our client, a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer, is looking for an energetic, hands-on VP of Operations to lead its plant. Reporting to the President, you’ll own manufacturing, supply chain, process engineering and maintenance, reignite momentum on the floor, and drive the next stage of growth. This is a step-up role, ideal for a Plant Manager, Director of Operations or Business Unit Manager ready for their first VP seat, with a clear path to general management in a group that promotes from within.

Required:
