Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple facilities or a large, complex manufacturing network.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-site operations strategy and translate objectives into plant priorities.
• Improve financial and operational results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory, and cash.
• Optimize the manufacturing network through footprint planning, asset utilization, and capacity strategy.
• Advance Lean, automation, reliability, digital manufacturing, and standardized operating systems.
• Build a high-performing operations organization with plant leadership development and succession planning.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and HR to align customer requirements and priorities.

The successful candidate will provide executive leadership for a large, multi-site manufacturing network with responsibility for strengthening operational performance, profitability, and long-term competitiveness. This executive will translate business strategy into a clear operating agenda while building the leadership systems, organizational capabilities, and execution discipline necessary to deliver consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-site operations strategy and translate business objectives into clear priorities for plant performance, capacity, resources, and long-term competitiveness
• Improve financial and operational results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory, working capital, and cash generation
• Optimize the manufacturing network through effective footprint planning, asset utilization, capacity strategy, capital deployment, and structural productivity initiatives
• Accelerate operational transformation by advancing Lean practices, automation, reliability, digital manufacturing, and standardized operating systems
• Build a high-performing operations organization by developing plant leadership, strengthening succession pipelines, and establishing clear ownership for business results
• Collaborate across Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Human Resources to align customer requirements, launches, investments, labor strategies, and operational priorities
