Job summary

MetroTech Automotive seeks a VP of Operations to lead a regional team of Area managers and drive growth across automotive labor services. You will set targets, coach field teams, and identify opportunities within existing accounts while pursuing new business in core markets.

MetroTech Automotive has been providing auto dealerships across the country with income generating and value-added solutions since 1987. We are a vertically integrated chemical manufacturer and labor division that provides premium appearance products and outsourced labor solutions to Automotive Car Dealers. As our team moves into the next phase of growth, we are looking for a highly motivated VP of Operations to join our team.

The VP of Operations (“VPO”) is responsible for overseeing a team of regional territory Area managers. The VPO will help establish sales and profit targets and support the regional area managers in achieving their objectives. The VPO will achieve success through field support, team development and relationship building. The VPO will help identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base and generate new business opportunities in core markets. The VPO should be energetic to serve, customer-centric and motivational.
