As we continue to transform the future of cancer care, we are seeking a visionary Vice President for the Oncology Service Line.

The Vice President of Oncology Services will be a key executive in elevating SLUHN's cancer care, overseeing multidisciplinary growth, driving operational excellence, and advancing programmatic innovation across the Network. In close partnership with exceptional physician leaders, this executive will influence and implement system-wide oncology strategy spanning clinical care, research, education, and operational performance. This role offers the ability to make an impact at scale, improving access and outcomes across diverse patient populations and communities.

What You'll Lead
  • Strategic scaling and evolution of the oncology service line
  • Multidisciplinary operations in partnership with physician leaders within a fully integrated Cancer Center with direct oversight of the Hematology and Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology and Thoracic Surgery clinical divisions
  • Operations across radiation oncology, infusion, specialty physician practices, nurse navigation, support services, and cancer registry
  • Network-wide quality initiatives, performance improvement, and process optimization
  • Financial oversight, business development, and expansion of oncology services
  • Cross-department collaboration to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
