Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or valuation.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, including market multiples, CAPM, discounted cash flow analysis, and option pricing models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and investors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support portfolio valuation through sophisticated models.
• Perform DCF, option pricing, market multiples, and other valuation techniques.
• Integrate third-party data sources such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and comparable platforms.
• Maintain and analyze transaction-based and market-based valuation databases.
• Participate in recurring portfolio reviews and investment performance assessments.
• Partner with external valuation firms and audit teams to ensure valuation consistency and compliance.
• Support investor due diligence requests, fund analyses, sensitivity modeling, and corporate finance initiatives.
• Analyze investments across equity, structured debt, secured notes, and term loans.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the valuation of portfolio investments through the development and review of sophisticated financial and valuation models.
• Perform detailed investment analysis utilizing discounted cash flow models, option pricing methodologies, market multiples, and other valuation techniques.
• Integrate and leverage third-party financial data sources such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and comparable market intelligence platforms.
• Maintain and analyze transaction-based and market-based valuation databases.
• Participate in recurring portfolio reviews and investment performance assessments.
• Partner with external valuation firms and audit teams to ensure valuation consistency and compliance.
