- Partner with the Director of Proactive Services to establish the technical foundation supporting client technology-health standards and controls.

- Partner with Cybersecurity to ensure technology architecture and innovation align with security requirements.
- Develop technical enablement, documentation, and knowledge-transfer processes that increase the capabilities of ITC's delivery teams.
- Establish a clear process for systemic, architectural, and platform-level technical escalations without allowing Technology to become another service desk.

- Hold technology leaders and assigned SMEs accountable for measurable outcomes.
- Develop future technology leaders and establish succession plans for critical technical capabilities.
- Build a culture of ownership, innovation, standardization, continuous improvement, and execution.
- Build the organization deliberately, leveraging existing talent and automation before adding unnecessary headcount.
- Ensure Technology & Innovation produces measurable value for ITC rather than becoming a research or escalation function.
