As we rapidly scale and transition our processes to cloud-native solutions, we are seeking a visionary Vice President of Software Development to drive all aspects of software development and help us achieve the next level of excellence.
Role Overview:
As VP of Software Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development process, ensuring delivery of scalable and cutting-edge solutions that support our SaaS platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead through change, drive architectural transformation, build high-performing teams, and work collaboratively across departments to create solutions that meet the needs of corporate customers and align with Relativity's ambitious goals.
Job Description and Requirements

This position is eligible for total compensation, which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between $240,000 and $360,000.
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
