Job summary

Nemacolin is seeking a visionary Vice President of Sales to shape enterprise-wide strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence for a premier luxury resort.

You will lead a high-performance team, recruit and coach talent, manage budgets and partnerships, and ensure guest satisfaction aligns with profitability and brand strength.

This executive role offers executive visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and travel to key markets as part of delivering Real Life Magic at Nemacolin.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of luxury hospitality sales experience.
  • Minimum three years of hospitality sales leadership experience.
  • Relevant hospitality sales leadership experience preferred.
  • Forbes Four-Star or Five-Star resort experience preferred.

  • Develop strategic sales initiatives aligned with revenue growth and long-term objectives.
  • Lead recruitment, coaching, performance management, training, and succession planning for the sales organization.
  • Oversee departmental standards, budgets, staffing, scheduling, and performance expectations.
  • Expand market share through business development and new revenue opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, guests, members, and partners to strengthen loyalty.

As Vice President of Sales at Nemacolin, you lead enterprise-wide sales strategy, driving revenue performance, market expansion, and long-term business growth across one of the nation's premier luxury resort destinations. As a member of the executive leadership team, you translate market insights into strategic action, cultivate high-performing talent, and build lasting partnerships that strengthen brand presence and business results. Your leadership ensures sales performance aligns with operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.

What You Will Create
  • Strategic sales initiatives aligned with revenue growth, profitability targets, and long-term business objectives
  • A high-performing sales organization supported through strategic recruitment, coaching, performance management, training, and succession planning
  • Operational excellence through oversight of departmental standards, budgets, staffing plans, scheduling strategies, and performance expectations
  • Strong market positioning through business development efforts that expand market share and generate new revenue opportunities
  • Lasting relationships with clients, guests, members, and business partners that strengthen loyalty and support long-term growth
  • Insight-driven sales strategies informed by analysis of market trends, customer demographics, competitive activity, and performance metrics
