The Vice President of Sales provides strategic and operational leadership for the company's fresh and frozen sales organization, driving profitable growth, customer partnerships, and market expansion. This executive is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across fresh and frozen product portfolios, including private label and branded business, while building a high-performing sales organization capable of achieving long-term business objectives. The Vice President partners closely with Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align customer demand with production capabilities, optimize profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role develops executive customer relationships across retail, club, foodservice, industrial, and ingredient channels while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
