• Maintain and evolve annual forecasts, budgets, and tactical plans to support strategic objectives.

• Foster and expand high-value relationships with key customers, delivering customized solutions and measurable impact.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in marketing, product development, and operations to create a unified go-to-market approach.

• Serve as interim executive (as needed) for select North American entities, overseeing compliance and operational effectiveness.

• Represent the region in global leadership discussions and help shape overall business direction.

Leadership & People Management

• Cultivate a high-performance culture based on accountability, trust, and innovation.

• Encourage initiative and ownership among team members, especially in managing client relationships and market challenges.

• Drive ongoing improvement in processes, tools, and team capability.

• Lead succession planning and invest in talent development to build future leadership depth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

• Minimum 8 years in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within industrial manufacturing, machining, or tooling.

• Demonstrated success managing large, geographically distributed teams and complex customer portfolios.

• Deep knowledge of the North American market, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, financial forecasting, and performance analytics.

• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

• Comfortable with travel across North America and occasional international commitments.
