RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design and commercialization of innovative research solutions that provide predictive value on investor sentiment and market dynamics for public companies.
  • Design and launch proprietary research methodologies and tools to analyze complex market situations, delivering actionable insights and forward-looking strategies tailored to clients’ goals.
  • Conduct in-depth investor interviews and engagement strategies to uncover critical insights that inform both solution development and client advisory initiatives.
  • Craft high-impact reports and presentations, combining qualitative and quantitative data to deliver clear, strategic, and commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Own and enhance the systems, tools, and capabilities required to deliver cutting-edge research and advisory services.
  • Provide thought leadership on market trends, investor behavior, and capital markets strategies to support clients' strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging client needs, driving new business opportunities and revenue growth while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating across the firm to drive business success, integrating new solutions, and optimizing service offerings.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

ATTRIBUTES

  • A BA/BS degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or a related field. Additional degrees are welcome!
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in research-focused roles, with a proven track record of designing and executing both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Experience building and scaling a new set of capabilities, including the development of proprietary methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with the development of thought leadership and market engagement for the launch new solution sets.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex insights into clear, compelling recommendations for senior executives, including Boards, CEOs, and CFOs.
  • Proven experience working with, influencing, and engaging senior leaders and board members.
  • Ability to effectively manage both internal teams and client relationships on accounts of all sizes.
  • Ability to balance mindset of strategic orientation with execution.
  • Quick learner with a client-focus, interested in working across all industries and business types.
