Job summary

Prevent Child Abuse New Jersey is seeking a Vice President of Programs to lead the Program Department, directing program design, implementation, and evaluation in partnership with staff and external stakeholders.

This hybrid role requires occasional presence at the North Brunswick office; the VP will develop funding strategies, foster advocacy, and represent PCA-NJ and ChildWIN in networks and collaborations; provide training and educational presentations.

• Develop and obtain new funding sources and ensure continuing funding.
• Promote advocacy and legislation for all programs; supervise staff; represent PCA-NJ and ChildWIN in networks and collaborations.

Job description

The Vice President of Programs will direct and manage all aspects of the Program Department, including oversee the implementation of programs, development and obtaining new funding sources and ensuring continuing funding sources, promote advocacy and appropriate legislation for all programs; supervise staff; represent PCA-NJ and its subsidiary, the Child Wellness Institute (ChildWIN), in networks and collaborations; provide training and educational presentations.

This is a hybrid position with occasional presence at our North Brunswick office required.
