This role will be responsible for building the operational capacity, organizational structure, leadership bench strength, and talent engine required to support significant growth over the coming years.
This role is not a traditional operations leadership position focused solely on process, efficiency, and cost control. Success will be measured by the ability to develop leaders, attract and retain talent, build scalable systems, support strategic growth initiatives, and create the organizational capacity required to double the size of the business while preserving the entrepreneurial culture, agility, and customer experience that differentiate HVAC RNTL in the marketplace.
This role involves a combination of office‑based work, virtual collaboration, branch visits, customer meetings, and field engagement. The environment may include exposure to warehouse, job site, and customer operating environments during field visits.

Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.
