Jeff Harris & Associates is currently representing a premier Life Plan Community in the search for an experienced Vice President of Operations.

The Vice President of Operations will play a key role in advancing community operations, strengthening team performance, and supporting the continued delivery of exceptional services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life Plan Communities/CCRCs, senior living operations, and executive-level leadership. This individual will partner with senior leadership and department heads to drive operational effectiveness, enhance the resident experience, and support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across community operations
