Santa Rita Landscaping seeks a seasoned Vice President of Operations to lead the Phoenix, Arizona operations. You will drive performance, build strong teams, and scale growth while ensuring safety and process adherence.

Key requirements include 5+ years in the Green Industry with significant operational leadership, strong P&L and budgeting skills, and a track record of mentoring top performers. This role partners across Sales, Finance, HR and leadership.

As Vice President Of Operations, You’ll

• Lead, manage, and hold operational leaders and teams accountable for results
