Mondi Group is a global leader in packaging and paper, employing a large team across multiple sites. This senior operations leadership role oversees Safety, Environmental, Quality Systems, Facilities, Maintenance and Engineering, and Manufacturing to drive performance and policy adherence.

With 8–10 years in operations leadership and a Bachelor’s degree, you will champion continuous improvement, budget discipline, and cross-functional collaboration on a global scale within Mondi Group's diverse

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 8–10 years of experience in operations or manufacturing leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production, quality, and sales alignment.
  • Experience with blown film and flexible packaging processes preferred.
  • Strong understanding of diverse cultural and organizational environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to understand employee and customer needs.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.

  • Oversee material movement, storage, purchasing systems, and inventory control.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
